Here is a resource you might find helpful. It is a project packet for students. As a template, I modify the types of projects they can choose from along with deadline dates for each grading period. This packet is designed for our senior-level production class but can be tailored to any type of major long-term assignment. Matched with a grading rubric, it is a great tool to help organize each phase of production and track milestones along the way.
